I'm late to the game, but I just ordered from them yesterday and am already regretting it. Ordered a computer and three-year-warranty plan with next-day delivery.
Found out my order won't be here till god-knows-when (despite paying $50 for next-day shipping), and this morning they changed me a SECOND TIME for the Warranty plan, and extra for the Warranty-Plan to have 1-day shipping. And the guy they had on the phone pretty much refused to help me out.

Yes, they have been in business since before the internet. However, beware of the "rebate deals", it can take time and hassle to get your money...
