To the person who thinks we're faking: Wrong. I'm really 17. She's really 15. We're both very smart.
I think that's why they fear us — because we're younger AND smarter than they are.

After reading this question, I see and agree with your point of humor. The joke being the impressive minds these young individuals bring to bear on the issues raised here. And secondly that being Canadians, thought by some to socially inadequate (maybe), are in many ways far the superiors to those complaining about them. Three strikes against the Underclass.
1. They're young!
2. They're female!
3. They're Canadian!
And just look at how well they score.
Using the minds of immature men for football. (That be soccer to you!)
Gooooaaallll!!!

LOL @ Object and S Dao
The prospect that these women and women like them will soon be competing in the real world must be very intimidating to some people. And it should be. Change takes time and these women are balanced, respectful, intelligent AND assertive without being b*tchy.
I may not agree with everything they say but they are mature and knowledgable and their opinion is an asset here where the new generation of strong feminine feminists contrasts to the 'old lesbian butch's'.

No, it's not funny, because kids are scary and should be avoided at all costs. You may think of them as "normal" for society, but society is telling you otherwise. These things we call "kids" are actually ambivalent to all the things we normal adults base our beliefs on. They don't discriminate unnecessarily, they aren't humiliated or embarrassed when they do something deemed socially unacceptable, and they aren't ashamed of being naked! Can you imagine the ramifications if we all thought this way! I can't. I also can't believe that these "kids" should be allowed around me to jepordize my beliefs.
So, you ask is it funny to see grown men so scared of little culture defiling monsters, well I say no.

I think it's funny that They are making an issue of age.
I don't want to speak for Rio but I think it's right to say that we both enjoy being here for intellectual stimulation and we don't want to be treated any better or worse than anyone else in here.

Scared? No, they are children, full stop. The sexist shaming tactics of this "question" are evident.
No one is "scared" of them for any reason, least of all because they are children or Canadian. Some are scared FOR them, however, because it is simply disturbing to realize that feminist propaganda is being accepted as truth by those who lack critical thinking skills.
It's simply a shame to brainwash children.

this has been a growing problem in Canada over the past decade. longer jail terms have been met with a rise in this crime. this is clearly the beginning of the end for Canada.

YES. They are terrified of CANADIANS.
Canadians are known the world over for their aggressive tendencies, including but not limited to delivering an instantaneous apology when YOU accidentally bump into US.
It's the Canadian way!
