Both the USA and the UK is dominated by a race group simply known as the Celts.
Half the signatories of the American Declaration of Independance were Welsh [Brythonic Celts] the rest were made up of Scots and Irish with a small number of English.
The Welsh in particular have been instrumental in the very creation of the USA - this in spite of what people may think or believe.

Doug4jet hit the nail right on the head. It's not just high officials either... It's also publishing companies (think newspapers and text books), news organizations, banks, movie studios and just about anywhere propeganda and content control are possible.

in the Justice Dept the mix is about 60% Black Lawyers to about 35% white and the other 5% Hispanic/asian....overall the mix is about 55% black to 35% white and the rest is mostly a hispanic or asian majority in Government due mostly to affirmative action programs..the Justice Dept ratio is mostly due to the Voting Rights Act..the US Postal Service is about 70% black though

depends on what you mean....The Post Office is almost all black...the cabinet is mostly white...the Justice Dept is heavy on the black side...so is HEW and veterans Affairs...the Interior Dept has a lot of Indians...you are too vague unless you just want to load your question so everybody says WHITE..like they do polls nowadays when they want the Dems to look good
