extinction by an epidemic, all that antibaterial and medicine creates virus and bacteria with resistance toward them, these super bugs will take over the world (either that or extinction by global warming, your choice)

None of these special powers.
We are already in the next step of evolution, which is to overbreed until all of the resources of the world are used up and we become extinct. Along with all of the other species that are currently going extinct because of human activity.

We will probably stop evolving if not regress because in today's world survival of the fittest is almost gone. Most people live to bear children, regardless of their strength or intelligence. Smarter people also have less kids on average and if that continues, the human race will get less intelligent. The only way for special powers to be even possible would be with science or mutation.
