Get a job with a builder. You would have to start as a laborer and learn on the job. After a few years you can work your way up to being a carpenter.

There should be a journey carpenters school near you, see what there schedule is and join. They'll both help you with school, usually two years, and then put you on a job. You can go from there and find someone you trust to show you the "ropes" and how to build.

I am not sure if you are talking about real construction or The Sims.

If it's real, contact a housing plat developer and ask if you can intern or observe without pay for a while. You can learn a lot.
