Yes, when I was 6 months pregnant with my first child. My hair had turned blond that summer, (something about hormones I guess), and I had just gotten a perm. (back in the 70's before we knew better.) I went to the local Beauty College, because they are less expensive, and all I needed was the split ends trimmed off after the perm. I ended up with about and inch, to inch and 1/2 of my hair left by the time she got done. She cut out ALL of the perm and most of the blond, and I was very specific when I told her all I wanted was a trim. I was so devastated that I went home and cried my little eyes out. Because I was pregnant, my face was round, and this stupid haircut, made me look like a moon face, lol. I learned my lesson, never go to a Beauty College for a haircut.
I can laugh about it now, but at the time, I thought it was the worst thing in the world. Darn those hormones anyway! lol

Well last time I was trying to cut my own hair by myself with a pair knives because my scissor was stolen by my neighbor's pet giraffe and also my mirror was broken because some kid hit a gigantic baseball into my bathroom accidently in purpose. So I went to the river and cut my while a tornado came and I accidently flew to los angeles without landing on my feet. Luckly I didn't have any bruises, just cuts. It was a good day.

yeah...i think i did when i was 10. By the way, in this sentence you want to use the word "haircut." The way you used it (hair cut) you're literally asking "has someone ever cut a hair on you that was just really bad?"

My mum used to cut my bangs at home when I was a kid. They always came out way too short and when they'd finally grow to a length that didn't look stupid she'd cut them again.
I stopped getting any kind of haircut after the last incident.

My mother did it. She had a go at cutting my hair and that was the fist and the last time I will ever let her do it.

Yes I cried all day and bought a weave to cover up the bald spots so when my man got home, he didn't see the mess on top of my head.

yeah when i was high school,my friend cut for me,and it looked horrible,i got back home in the car i covered it with scarf :( and my mum said take scarf off :( hmmmmmm

when I was five.
my mom was talking to the hairdresser while she was blow drying my hair and my mom mentioned her sisters wedding, talking about the layered cake, and the hairdresser thought she said "layer it cate" (cate was the hairdresser) so she layered my hair, and I looked like a boy for about a month and a half.
