I only know mac and cheese.
I searched the shells and cheese and
I just got the same looking thing.
Doesn't it taste same ?

Macaroni.
(That is assuming that you are talking about the stuff that comes in a box with powdered cheese. Some of the powder always seems to end up inside of a couple of shells where the water never reaches. However, if you are talking about the home-made stuff, that spiral pasta has both macaroni and shells beat.)
