I've heard the same things... it's obnoxious. However, I just got a Nintendo Power magazine (Nov. issue) that says that the release date IS Dec. 3. Although other sources say it's on Feb. 10th, I'm goin' with Nintendo (they are the makers after all) and hoping that it's correct.

Unfortunately, it's been delayed AGAIN! Hopefully, it comes out before 2009!! The release date is now 2/10.
