OK we know America went to Iraq to get a hold on the 2nd largest oil reserves, and to promote America's form of Democracy. neither of the latter has worked yet.. 315 billion dollars for the effort.. and still 4millon homeless people, people loosing their jobs, the dollar is in free fall. lives being lost, bridges falling down..domestic programs being cut.. 48 trillion dollar national debt..and climbing... So where is the profit from the War effort in Iraq and Afghanistan,.. `It did not all go to pockets of the children of Haliburton and the other usual war profiteers ,, did it?.

Of course, where else has it gone, it did not come to the American people. The majority of Americans did not and do not believe in this battle, but where do you get off asking if the American people are reaping the rewards, did you and your country put as much or even any funds for this? My Family and friends of the US. are the ones right now suffering from the stupid government closing many of the programs the US citizens need to survive on a daily basis and taking those money's and putting it to the war efforts. School programs, medical programs, welfare programs just to name a few that we are suffering do to budget cut due to financial support of the US military in the middle east. the only ones profiting from the wars are crooks, not the rest of us. Beside thanks to the US military's unrelentless staying power the lost of life in Iraq has deminished now hopefully terrorism will also be a thing of the past soon, no thanks to the other country's pulling out and leaving the rest of those fighting there to fight with out help.

Sport --
The engineered purpose of this "war" has far greater designs than the oil -- a democratic -- anything, in Iraq -- OR whatever else anyone is being told !! It is a diversion away from -- and a vehicle for -- the stealing away of our nation !!

The people at the helm of this government have used FEAR as a method to take the reigns of complete authority -- and while people are bickering about and clamoring over the insanity that IS this "thing" in Iraq --- these people have opted to secure almost immeasurable leverage over this nation's future !! It is an engineered "take down" of this country for the direct purpose of placing it into its role within the coming One World Government by way of the North American Union !!

It is a designed Globalist agenda that we are watching unfold -- and those that are facilitating it -- have FAR more to gain personally from it -- than ANY oil profits could EVER provide them !!

whatever profit there is, yeah it pretty much all went to the corporations that got no-bid contracts in Iraq, whether for reconstruction (Halliburton), for hardware and weaponry (Lockheed) or for paramilitary service (Blackwater). But the main financial purpose of the Iraq is not to fund these companies, it's to bleed the US Treasury so as to make effective governance of the United States more difficult/impossible, thereby proving that "the government that governs best, governs least" and providing an incentive for low-tax, low-service governance for the next several decades.

Most definitely yes ,but only a few already very rich groups of people ,the general public looses ,in taxes at the best or their sons at the worst.
Ask yourself who sells the fuel ,transport, arms .ammunition's ,`planes ,lunch boxes etc ,the list is endless.

War is part of the oldest business strategy that exist
from DIVIDE AND RULE
split the people in to smaller controllable bickering groups ,and make profits on the conflict and control them as a result As long as we have the same Global ruling elite ,we will have War ,their power depends on it.

war was often a way to boost the economy (WW2 being a prime example) but war and economics have changed since then and now war costs more than it creates (no-brainer right?) but this war was made for private profit, not public. the irony of it is, at least 1/3 of that oil reserve has since been exhausted by either burning oil feilds or just using it to fuel the war and bush's escalade.

Sometimes it takes a while to make a profit. it is called investing. The money spent and lives spent by the US and other countries is a long term investment in changing the middle east, stopping radical islam, spreading democracy and freedom to the world by removing Sadam.

If you just focus on the money you are missing the big picture.

You mentioned a lot of bad things but life is really quite nice in the US. You should come visit sometime.

It would take years to reap the effort, and people to wake up for the votes they have casted.
