Tony Shiavone is the poorest excuse of a ring commentator I have ever heard!
I'd say bring back Mark Madden before Tony! He sucks at TNA. (I also hate how it is WCW jr over there now)
I would get rid of Stephanie McMahon behind the curtain, bring back storylines that went past one month and make better matches. I am so sick and tired of them using the guys that are going to be in the main event of the upcoming PPV in some kind of variant of the match to be had!
I would also stop having the same guys coming out every week. They have enough guys where you could have more than just HHH or Orton, etc. hogging the spotlight every week. I don't think the fans are going to forget about HHH or Orton or Cena because they aren't one one week of the month or so. I think it would actually make people want to see the show MORE as they are not sure who they are going to see and if they WWE did it right there would be someone else just as suitable to watch in their place.
I think they also need to stop talking so much and wrestle more. I don't need to see a match with the Italian dude VS washed up Jerry Lawler!
I think the lack of competition has hurt the WWE tremendously as well. I really wish that TNA had not started to turn into WCW Jr. as they had everything that the WWE didn't for a while. Now I only see a glimmer of it from time to time.

Shut down all the razzle-dazzle lights and smoke effect stuff, fire the mega-extreme wrestlers and bring retro 1960s pro-wrestling back in the public eye once again.
Mid-South Wrestling really had it going on far better than today's crap and disgrace that is WWE or ECW.
In Mid-South's heyday: It was two men in simple, but fun outfits, a referee who checked for lead foot, knee or knuckle weights--and it was mano en mano in a simple boxing ring.
There was NO cage matches, folding chair smashes or smoke-and-mirror visual effects. Mid-South was pure wrestling that was fun.
But the tide changed and pro wrestling took it's ill fated turns when the VonErichs and Hulk Hogan came on the scene.

First off! I would unify smackdown and ECW into one brand (Unify the ECW and World Championship) to be able to compete with raw.
I would also start a new program that concentrates on recruiting new superstars, instead of bringing back old ones (HBK, HHH)
And also look all over the world, not just the US (there's a lot of talent out there)
Restrict other brands from going on another brand (it used to be good having brand wars, but now it sucks because everybody turns up on whatever show they like, whats the point of brands then!)
That all i can think of right now.

Make the actual matches the focus instead of the crap they fill in time with. Either get rid of the different brands or actually make them different from each other (they are all the same at the moment).

I would bring back WCW which they own it and replace ECW, and rehire Tony Schiavone or Scott Hudson who in my mind, are the most decent commentators in pro wrestling today. If Bobby "The Brain" didn't had throat cancer which is really sad, i would rehire him and replace them with JR., Michael Cole and the rest.
David Penzer would be the ring announcer, Michael Buffer the main event announcer, get all the old WCW superstar theme music back with Sting, Goldberg, the nWo, Booker T., DDP, Sid Vicious, Outsiders, Hogan and so on.
But this time, Eric Bischoff would be in charge with Ted Turner and they would have a match with Vince McMahon and Shane, or ..... Bischoff and Shane McMahon would be in charge.
WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!! WCW!!!
nWo 4 LIFE!!!!

I would make a complete different entity but would not let it be public knowledge and have it compete with my own company. Stupid I know but what the heck right?

The wrestlers would have "real" matches. No scripts or rehearsels.
