ok i need u to imagine it cuz i've got no idea how to draw it out..pls don't give me lengthy explanations..just the solution

1.in a circle, there are 2 sectors facing each other..
one sector is 108degrees with the length of arc of 6cm
the oppsite sector is y degrees with the length of arc at 2.5cm
how do i find y?

2. in another circle, two sectors facing each other..
the first sector is 30 degrees and length of arc =3cm
the opp sector is 120 degrees and length of arc=4.8cm
how do i find y?

correction..
in a circle there r two sectors opposite each other..
the first sectoris 120degrees and the lenght of arc is 4.8cm
the second sector is 30degrees and the lenght of arc=y
how do i find y?

1. These are simple proportionality problems
108/6=y/2.5
y=2.5*18=45
2.Here the opposite sector must be more than 4.8cm, which would only span 30/3*4.8=48 degrees

1) 6 cm = 108 degrees
1 cm = 108/6 = 18 degrees
2.5 cm = 18 * 2.5 = 40 degrees

2) 30 degrees = 3 cm
1 degree = 3/30 = 1/10 cm
120 degrees = 120 * 1/10 = 12 cm
or else assuming that 4.8 cm is correct
3 cm = 30 degrees
1 cm = 30/3 = 10 degrees
4.8 cm = 4.8 * 10 = 48 degrees
