Wherever you'd prefer to live.
If you'd rather live and work in the philippines, then go there.
If you are talking about college, then I would probably say the USA is generally better if you don't have a major culture clash with it. Better because they have better facilities and are recognized by more countries.
Still, it really depends on what you're going to school for. If it's not for science, law or medicine it probably won't matter as much.
Actually, I'm sure law would be great in the phillipines...but you'd have to practice there.
Yeah, just pick whichever country you'd rather live in.

The obvious answer is USA. There is no comparison for education in a third world country as opposed to a first world one. The only school in the Philippines which can give you a similar quality education that you can find there is Ateneo de Manila. Good luck in choosing what's best for you.

You better come to the Philippines for the education here is cheaper. Try to study at Miriam College and work at the same time. Show your parents that you will change and become a better professional daughter someday.
GOD BLESS THE CHILD.

my parents just brought me here (USA) from the Philippines (last year)...
when it comes to facilities, and all that kind of stuffs, it's much better here (USA)...
but if they're looking for something that would make you a good-girl... hmmpp!!! I'd say the Philippines... schools there are much stricter, and subjects are harder than here (USA)...
in the Philippines, I'm just an average student in all of my classes,,, but here in the US, I'm one of the best for most of my class...

USA is USA darling but maybe your parents are thinking that if you will stay in the Philippines you will change from naughty to nice...maybe they are thinking of putting you in a private CAtholic Schools...
Yup we have pretty good private catholic schools here.
but I think its not the country or the schools, it still depends on you...if you want to be good or to be just naughty.

of course in us, but in the us not all the teachers are always good, sometimes, i think, they don't really care much. unlike here in the philippines where i think most of them will require you to do everything they will ask you to do. so i think here in the philippines.

Being honest, I'm from Puerto Rico.. my early studies of elementary, and highschool, till 11th grade, i did them in Puerto Rico.. I suddenly decided to move to Reading, PA *USA... and did my Senior Year(12th grade) for some reason, I was getting better grades than mostly of all the other classmates, I went to college in the states and still I was above average on my grades.. so I must say, studying Outside .. depending on how you focus in your classes you Learn more... so
blahh Anywhere in the world is a good place to study.. it all really depends on how you focus in school.. missing friends is one thing, but its always good to meet new people, you'll learn more about the Real World, by meeting new people *friends on diffrent places

you'll get a lot better education in the phils, they have MUCH higher standards than the U.S. But, its a lot harder, you'll spend a lot more hours in class per week. Some medical licensures in some states dont accept foreign trained people. you'd have to finish your last year in the U.S. so you could say you graduated here. If your prone to get into trouble, you might want to stay with mom and dad and do what they say, cause if you dont have family that will keep you in line, you can get into a LOT of trouble in the phils. good luck, and behave yourself.

Honestly, the premise is insulting. You will be made to study here as penalty?
I hope you stay there. And make sure your parents stay there as well.
(I counted 1 - 10 and eventually contained an impending outburst at the premise. The replies-to-the-insult that I wanted to hurl will never see print here).

although US has better facilities than the Philippines, we can't really compare these two countries. one reason is that the 2educational systems are different from each other.
