I've been there. Hell, I'm there now. But you can't let it control you. You have to get up every day and do your daily duty. There's no other option. It feels like crap and no one wants to do it, but slowly you'll feel better. Keep busy. Don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself. You have to do things that you liked before or do things you like now. Be around people you trust.

You get up off your pity pot and do something else. You are too into yourself. Go out and do things for others, without expecting anything in return. There is love after break ups. Talk about your feelings with someone you trust. You are grieving. This too shall pass. Get counseling if you can, then you can talk it out and help it heal faster. Get busy so you will be tired at night, because night time is the worst. It does get better. There is someone else out there for you, some one who will be good to you.

You have issues you need to resolve. A physicist, school counselor, family member or a friends. Your overwhelmed because of a burden you carry. Resolve your issues, have closer and move on. Frankly, it sound like you may need processional help.

There is no shame in seeing help, only shame when you hurt some one or your self dew to a stupid decision.
