Actually it is great that PAL is finally joining the band wagon. It was Cebu Pacific, actually, who first started this type of Promos with their super successful "Piso Fare".

...that's what competitions bring...the more the merrier for the consumer.

Please note, though, that most of the Promo rates are restricted and usually does not include fare surchage/s.

Philippine airways has delivered again its universal “purchase a million, Take a million” promotional-fare scheme that delivers a free one-way relatives fee ticket for each such fee ticket offered. The promo is desirable to all buddy relatives amenities, which includes established jet flights between Manila and 17 interior sight factors, besides as buddy exhibit speedier-prop flights from Manila and Cebu.

Please be careful, remember the tickets are non-refundable. You could ask if the tickets are tranferable in case of untoward events that you can not make the trip.
