There can be none without ego... hence it will actually be the same as without any human being at all.
On the other hand assuming everyone can keep ego in check without any negative fallout, then of course the world would be a real bore... no one wanting to compete or having any ambition and everyone being as considerate and loving to others as towards the own self... yes, it would be a terrible bore..... I have always believed that if there indeed is Heaven, it must be the place for the most single-dimensional boredom one can ever imagine.

not even a single person is there in this world without having ego, if ego is not there then there would be no problem for any other problems, arising in the present world every thing would go on smoothly and calmly. Hope our world would also be in the same way , but not possible since no one will cooperate for the same.

The world will not be there without ego. Since most of the people have their verdicts as correct. If you take a coin, some will tell there is heads and some will tell that there is tails. So every1 has their ego. If you think about a world without ego, there will be cynics and critics who will create ego problems.

Hence as suggested you can declare the world as Heaven... (place where gods live)
