What in the specs. of a cell phone determine how good the audio quality is? how much does it matter. Reception is it only based on your network?

Reception is not just based on your network; the phone can contribute to reception too. But the network is a big part of it because, no matter how good your phone is, you can't get reception if your network doesn't have coverage in your area. There are also additional antennas you can put on your phone (they look like flat square stickers) that will increase your reception.

Umm, I don't really understand your question but...

Reception does play a bit in the quality of sound ina call, if you have poor reception you are less likely to hear what the other person on the other end of the phone is saying!

I think thats what you mean?????
