It would make 3 wins, could they get invited to a bowl game based on their final 2 victories and their proud tradition?

I don't know, there might be a secret clause in the BCS contract that says that if ND wins their final two games, and has a total of 3 wins, they get to go a major bowl and replace a Big East or Big 10 team with 8 or 9 wins. Don't worry, I picked up on your sarcasm, something that is wasted on most people on this site.

In the first place, ND cannot beat Stanford this year, Jim Harbaugh has turned that team around, and Notre Dame just lost consecutive games to Navy and Air Force, plus, even if the irish win out, they will not have the 6 wins necessary to qualify for a bowl game.

I don't know if being 3-7 is considered a turn around (maybe it is by Stanford's standards) but I don't see Notre Dame going out to Palo Alto and winning. Duke is absolutely horrid, and Charlie does need to get canned if they can't beat the Blue Devils.

I'm banking on 2-10.

they have to win six games to be bowl eligible(or they would have to be 5-7 with no other teams having a better record, and that is not going to happen), so no they will not play in a bowl game this year. but yes those are two winnable games. i have always thought that notre dame has gotten better game by game this year. even though their record and the scores of the games might not indicate it, they have improved as a team throughout the year, and with another top five recruiting class coming in, it will be interesting to see how the team will perform next year.

You have to have 6 wins to go to a bowl game so no....they wouldn't be able to. I think they may beat Duke, but I do not think they will beat Stanford.

Notre Dame sucks this year. They WILL NOT get into a bowl game.

I think they got to coast long enough on their proud tradition for about a decade now. All things must end

LOL....

I don't think this is a serious question.

The way that they've been pushed around by the academies recently doesn't give me much of a reason to think that they won't finish 1-11.
