Stuart Little grew up to become the Yamster; after a life of depravity including experiments with drugs and loose women; at one point he ran a meth lab; then he was "rehabilitated" and put to work for Yahoo but his sadomasochistic tendencies are vented in suspending innocent people and extorting bribes from everyone else.

Yamster's the one that was locked away in the family dungeon for years....then, he escaped right into the corporate office of Yahoo.
'Cheap help', they said, and hired him on.
Too bad he takes his job so seriously.
