I am trying to find a movie that I saw on tv when I was younger. I am assuming it was made late 80s or early 90s. It is about a bunch of young girls who, if I remember correctly are young witches. They are in an all girls school practicing the craft and for halloween they have a scare contest. The contest is judged by how many times each team screams when scared by the other. There are rules like not being able to use masks, and one bully continously breaks these rules and doesn't get caught. I think it might have been a tv movie only, although I am not sure. Any help on the name of this movie would be greatly appreciated!

no it wasn't teen witch or the heathers, I think it might have been a straight tv movie and the girls in it were maybe like 11 or 12 years old. I saw it during halloween when I was younger. The only thing i really remember about it was the Scare contest and they would lose points by screaming. It was a real family movie.

He thinks that they are cooked up by utilising his father to entertain him and make himself out as a hero.....and now that he has grown up he doesnt have self assurance the thoughts of his father. till he starts analyzing that his father instructed him the fact yet in basic terms replaced the putting to make it sound like a fairy tale.....rivetting viewing
