Does the water really stay hot, or just lukewarm and how long have you had it?

I have a gas one and it's great. Just make sure you get one with a controller that will let you go hotter than 120 degrees F. Mine will go to 130 or 140, I use it on 130 and that's plenty hot. Originally it only went to 120 and that did seem only warm. It's an endless supply of hot water though, no worrying about when so and so took their bath or what time the dishwasher finished, just turn it on and ...... instant hot water.

i used one when i was working as a caterer on tour. We have a mobile kitchen and got tired of relying on the venues for hot water. Sometimes the facilities could not provide it so we had to heat water on our gas range.

Anyway, it worked very well. Water was hot enough for dish washing.

They have a long way to go "baby" and, don't break it, you'll pay up the nose, if you can find someone to fix it.
