Who's better: Kwame Brown or Darko Milicic?

Darko has potential of being better than Kwame.

Actually neither is that good. But, they are similar because they are both falling short of expectations. Kwame was a number one pick and Darko a number two pick.

Kwame had a few decent games in Washington showing he had athletic potential..then he became very inconsistent..and is now on the Lakers where he is only a marginal player at best. He can rebound but he is not a great shotblocker and isn't a good post player.

Darko was buried under Larry Brown's system in Detroit...He became a joke because he was the "victory cigar"..Now Darko was in Orlando and got some playing time...and showed he can block shots and has some post moves He isn't a good rebounder but I think he has more talent than Kwame.

The truth is..neither will probably live up to expectations of where they were drafted.

I think both of them have at least equal talent, skills and physique but I think Darko is much better because of hs ATTITUDE towards improving his game game. Remember that Darko got retarded because of the way he was used by Larry Brown during his first 3 seasons. Not much burn to develop your game and imagine being named the Human Victory Cigar! But now, he is seeing legit minutes and have been pretty solid.

As for Kwame, he was given the opportunity from his rookie year up to now but has so far underachieved. He's been in the league for 6yrs already but the poor guy still just doesnt get the game of basketball up to now.

im a laker fan and i don't like kwame brown. Seen what he can do and hes not improving at all. Darko Milicic actually shows improvement and that hes getting better.

This is a really good question, even though it's very unnecessary.

Kwame is an athlete. He's got good strength, decent reboundinjg ability, and okay quickness. Yet, he's big, so these things become more emphasized. His skills are so - so and he hasn't shown much desire for/ or improvement period.
Darko hasgot some skills and it showing that he is improving on them. He's also getting better atheltically. If you think aboiut it, they are opposite, but Darkomay be better. Yet, if Kwame works at it, he still could be really good. Your choice.. what you wanna do with this info.. i have no idea boy

I think Darko Milicic is better Kwame Brown is garbage he has not gotten better at all he is a first round draft pick and he is a first round bust he just hasn't got better

darko...though both have been considered busts...some people still think that darko has a chance to be a solid pro. people have already given up hope with kwame. if phil jackson cant cant bring the best outta u...then who can?

Right now, the answer to that question lies in who's more motivated.

Kwame has shown very little motivation and has progressed little since he came into the league.

Darko is still playing like he has a chip on his shoulder and is finally starting to come into his own. So right now the better player is, in fact, Darko.

Kwame certainly is gifted physically, well suited as a power forward, but just does not seem to have the motivation or toughness to really break out.

What a question indeed...lol. It was Michael Jordan (Washington Wizrds) who was instrumental in picking Brown as the number 1 overall pick in the 2001 draft (ahead of Pau Gasol, Richard Jefferson, Joe Johnson,Tony Parker and Gilbert Arenas among others). And how about Millicic who was the 2nd overall pick in the 2003 draft (ahead of Carmelo Anthony, Kirk Heinrich, Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade)!
As far as who is better, I'd say they're equally bad (or good, whichever you prefer)
