How many people do you know, would propose to their girlfriends without an engagement ring? Or how many girls would accept without one?

Why would I want to try and prove something that is just not true?
I would never marry someone who puts stock into an inanimate object to define how much I love them. Society has deluded itself into thinking that a ring means something. It's just a symbolic gesture and means absolutely nothing in regards to how much love a couple has between each other.

How about LOVE Conquers All?
Romance her. Small things in small packages are always a treat. Simple things are stuff people tend to cherish because it's sort of special rememberance after the several years of marriage of something shared secret between the love birds.
