For Call of Duty 4...is there any difference between NO CD crack..and those pirated crack??

same as topic..
i have the original game..just dont want to put in CD every time..
so which one should i download..or doesnt matter

same. they are both cracked so the game believes it is original.

NO CD Cracks and plain old "cracks" are the same thing.
