I for one do, however I would really appreciate someone like John McCain who is respected by both parties to lead the country. We need more cooperation than battles for King of the Hill politics.

I don't hate hilary, I'll hate her if she makes it to president LOL, but lets face it. America wants a good president, and its always been after someone is in the white house that we learned what a snake in the grass some of them can be.
We know tons about Hilary and how she has lied , how she has taken credit for things she hasn't done, how she accepts donations from questionable sources...chinagate all over again like her husband Bill. She's a lawyer for God's sake, since when did America start liking or trusting lawyers.
She stubled all over the place on the NY illegal driver license issue, she didn't speak up when Bill let the Puerto Rican terrorists out of prison, Come on man. I'm sure there's a more reputable and honorable woman than Hilary who the democrats can raise up to be the first woman president.
As for Bush's failed policies, I can't let you slide on that "slight of hand".
The war and the Surge are working...despite what you want to believe on liberally biased media.
Bush tackled many issues he could have just left alone and kicked down to the next president, like Social security reform. It was your democrats that talked it down and shot it down. Bush and Rove reached out to the democrats many times trying to find a happy median that would work the the country on many issues, but while democrats claimed like Pleosky "we are standing shoulder to shoulder with the president", they behind the scene's were partisan and stabbing him in the back with lacking support.
He hasn't accomplished what he wanted, somethings I'll agree he botched, other things he could have done a better job on but the results aren't all that bad. Check your sources. He's a war time president and dealth with Katrina (and before you blame the Feds, why didn't the local and state Government do anything ? We didn't have the same problme in the cities leveled in Mississippi or the fires in San Diego county. The reason New Orleans sucked so bad is due to 30 years of liberal democrat rule.
Bush dealth with 911, the press on his butt at every turn and leaving the good news of the war out. Democrats have been partisan and playing politics with the AMT program, every natural disaster (to which little is done, but they show up and hug people on thier "poverty tour" and all is well i guess)
I could do this till I have carpal tunnel dude, the news and real information is out there, it just depends on if your willing to face the facts or not.
I don't here you crying for Jimmy Carter to be slapped down, although he's the one that made Iran the terrorist state it is today.
Hilary even supported the war effort...stating at least 6 reasons besides WMDs that we needed to go into Iraq for, then she flops on it...acting like mean ol' daddy Bush tricked her, she said she would get the troops out of Iraq...even though the military said they don't want to leave, their mission isn't complete yet...Sorry, I trust people that are there more than some politician.....Now she's saying she can't get them out even by 2012...which is after her first term...assuming she'd even be elected President.
This is the person you would even consider for President ? what's her credentials ? what has she accomplished ?

the world does not revolve around this silly little skirmish called iraq we are in. i don't care for hillary because she is a socialist misguided fool...and if she wasnt running for prez i wouldnt care one way or the other about her. she would be no different than any other rich lawyer soccer mom who has outgrown her purpose, lost her ol' man for a youngster, and is frustrated because of all a that. but she is running for prez so we all must work hard to defeat the evil hillary machine!
way to go dc timberstone! i knew i wasnt the only mccain supporter! keep the faith bro!

Because she has stated she will pull our army out asap, and hand a win to the enemy.
Besides all the other issues she is wrong on. Health ( nanny ) care. Taxing the hell out of everyone. Banning the private ownership of guns, .. putting liberal , activist judges on the Supreme court who will undermine the US constitution by side stepping Congress.
Just to name a few.
She's a damn Socialist for God sake!
.
EDIT: My point exactly Chi...she says whatever sounds good at the time. I have heard her say she would remove the troops as soon as she can. She was probably talking to her base that time. When you heard her there were probably more conservatives in the audience.

Does the term shreiking commie shrew mean anything to you? She reminds me of Angela Lansbury in The Manchurian Candidate.

EDIT:
Well..... choke, ack..... in all fairness to the witch, I heard her say she "hoped" to have them out by 1/2013, but she couldn't promise for sure. Has she changed position again and stated unequivocally now that they will NOT be out by then?

Hillary believes too much in socialism.
Proof: Her calls for "shared responsibility" and "economic inequality."
Let's elect hillary and let another clinton make a joke out of the whitehouse.
