Is it expensive to inclose a front porch?.?

It is made of stone, and is quite large. I saw these panels that looked like strong canvas with plastic windows in the middle, and they were hanging on a big porch that was a resturant, to keep the draft out. Where would you get something like that?. Something that would give more privacy, and keep me a little more sheltered from Ohio's harsh winters.

Certainly a trip to any large Home Imp. store can get you started; AT LEAST in the sense of direction, and alternatives.
The issue however; is that this kind of structuring is very likely custom made; perhaps by an awning faricator/installer. Beyond that; It won't do much for Winter; other than a modest wind barrier. It certainly won't keep out the cold; and may in fact endure damage through a Winter.
