There definitely is real estate in The Vatican, but every square inch of it is owned by the Roman Catholic Church. None of it will ever be for sale, as long as the Roman Catholic Church remains in existence. Were it ever to come onto the market, the price would simply be staggering, due to the antiquities and priceless artwork located within the Vatican.
