Still come out of it and live life somewhat normally? I talking about with or without drugs. Don't you think that once your mind has learned certain things on a spiritual journey, there is no way of coming back and functioning somewhat normally again.

I've been on about every mind expanding drug there is and the changes are transient, unless your are psychotic, which is another story. If your grounded you comeback a week later and your still the same as before. you just learned few new things, like tractors chase you in the dark.

ive overdosed and flatlined.so i guess you can go pretty far.
ive seen things you wouldnt believe.
whats normal anyway?my negative journeys with drugs have taken me to dark spiritual places,[like hell for one], but i think overall, these experiences have given me some strengths as well.
i can tell ya this much.a couple of years ago, people werent calling me and asking me to pray for them,or asking for spiritual advice,or asking me how i keep off the drugs and alcohol.they were avoiding me like the plague that i was.so maybe im not perfect,but others sure do notice that i have been on a long spiritual journey,and have seemingly weathered the worst of the storm.[seemingly] regardless,i remain vigilant in my bible study,vigilant in my prayers,and never,for one second,do i forget how lucky i am to be alive.
normal?thats just a made up word thats supposed to mean you got it all figured out.i for one have never met such a person.

Not sure I really understand, I'd like too.1)alter consciousness,(spiritual journey?) 2)come out of it......w/wo drugs = functioning normally? a bit deep for me........
I'll just stick to altering other peoples consciousness, so far they've came out of it! I functioned OK, just a couple assault charges.
But everyone lived happily ever after!! hahaha .......lol
I am intrigued though........
