she was stored in a poor place, and now, her body became darker because of dust, plus, I noticed some white paints. I scraped off it, and it was removed but it was somewhat difficult to do that paint splatter one by one.

But I am more worried about the dust, I tried rubbing alcohol and water but just is not working.

Any tips?

Simple soap and water is best; if you are concerned about the face, just water and a soft cloth. I find Mr. Clean Magic Erasers to be fantastic at safely removing surface grime on plastic dolls.

As for the paint, it will just take some patience. Don't use any solvents, as they may damage the plastic, or anything hard to chip it off; just your fingernails and warm, soapy water.

Get a spray bottle of Fantastic. Or 409.
