Yep, been using that one since my mid-30's. Especially when my son decided that he was big enough to challenge my authority. He found out that it didn't matter how big he was, how tough he was, how smart he was, I had one thing on him that he'd never catch up to.
An extra 25 years of meanness and the willingness to use it.

Live life to the fullest..
Coz we live only once...get the best out of it...Best times in life starts when you are 12 years old and ends between 40 - 45 yrs..after 45 your body tends to give up on so many things....
