I started with Captain Black Gold - and like the smell and taste - but many people have said that I could do much better and have more sophisticated smoking experience. Any input would be helpful.

I would check out a good tobacco store, if they have a pipe tobacco selection that is. But you want to try out MacBaren, McCelland, Bjarne, or Altadis. Don't listen to all the other people saying to quit or that. Pipe smoking is a great hobby, it relaxes me, and reduces stress.

The best answer I could possibly give you is give up smoking the pipe completely. I smoked for 65 years, switched from cigarettes to pipe when I was 40. Gave up the pipe when I was 80 after developing bronchitis. Still have an occasional rasping four years later. No good comes from smoking, If you are nervous chew gum or suck on sugar free low calorie candy.

Why do you even do it? I'm only 14 and I smoked cigarettes since I was 8 and I quit after becoming addicted and realizing I was ruining my own life.
Quit while you can and when you get the urge to smoke, distract yourself, ask your family and friends to help you by not letting you get bored which will lead to you smoking.
Get help, there is a great medicine that can help you quit... ask you doctor about CHANTIX
take this seriously.
