Wal-Mart usually has holiday sweaters and quite reasonable. For the lowest price, you should check out Goodwill and Salvation Army stores.

I like to call them MeeMom sweaters. lol. Try a thrift store, wal-mart or like a Sams or BJs

You can usually find them anywhere :p They always have them at the department stores such as JCPenneys, Sear's, Bonton, Fashionbug
