Why are the US dollars only have basic pale colors wile, other countries have colorful bills, for example europe has bills of all different colors

American money HAS been changing, adding colors for the last several years.

The change has been slow, however, partially because the green color has long been associated with this country's money.

Greenbacks
Long green
Lettuce
Cabbage

These, and other words are euphimisms for American Money.
