I hope it's a fake one. A real one is gonna dry out by Christmas making it a fire hazard.
And yes, you're weird! :P

Not at all! Personally I am waiting until the day after thanksgiving. But christmas is such a fun time and I love the decorations and usually can't wait to put them out! So no you are not weird, just overly excited.

you know what....you are not weird!!! christmas should be celebrated...personally i believe more than just one day or one week a year, but that's me. having been married to a sailor for 12 years, i also learned early on, christmas is just a day and can be celebrated any day of the year...i am no longer married to him, but our christmas times were always loving and wonderful. one year, trick or treaters came to the door declaring, 'look mommy, they have their christmas tree up already.' we had just put it up that morning. he was leaving for 6 months in 2 days and i kept the tree up until he came home, at which time we opened presents, and left the tree up for another 2 weeks. now, i am pretty much a 'the tree goes up after thanksgiving dinner' person...but that has its conditions, too...my tree will be up next week as my boyfriend will be spending thanksgiving with his parents in another state. all the christmas stuff has been moved upstairs in preparation for when he comes home friday...and i did my christmas shopping today--all of it :) happy holidays and thanks for the interesting question.

Whatever way you wish to celebrate with your Christmas tree is excellent. There is no specific time in which to put your tree up with its marvelous decorations. If it's a "real tree," then you should keep it well "watered." If not, it is already set for the new holiday season. I wish you well. Peace, Love and God Bless.

No i don't think it's too early! I always like mine so much after i do it, i wish it was up longer, and I wish I had put it up earlier.
i usually do it at the beginning of december.
but we don't get real trees in japan until like the very end of december. unless I want a fake one, which i don't
but yeah go for it! decorating trees is fun.

Nah, my family usually puts up the Chritmas tree and decorations after Halloween...the earlier the better because you will enjoy looking at them...for a longer time.

I cringe when I see the decorations already. We never put anything up until the day after Thanksgiving...its tradition. We take them down New Year's Day.
But to each their own.

Thanksgiving hasn't even happened yet, dude. Calm down...time travel is only good at a rate of 60 seconds per minute...
Getting a bit ahead of ourselves, aren't we?
You're the guy responsible for putting up Santa's in September, aren't you?
