yeah. bummer. when I was 36 years old a stupid mistake led to my 19years of constant journaling/writing/artwork being thrown out with the trash. The biggest loss was the reference value. I didn't realize how often I used it to remember details about things or to just remember things more or less as they happened until I was stuck relying on the old brain cells. I also lost a little continuity. I could look back to almost any day since I was seventeen. So my sense of my own identity is grounded more in the here and now. I often imagine that someone found it too, which could in some ways be a relief if I got it back but could also be quite embarrassing.

that may not possible for all of us to not lose something significant in lifestyles a minimum of as quickly as. transferring on however. hmm.... my actual/psychological well being. which when I have been given off meds i've got been given decrease back up,,,, LIKE A BAWS.... (was once 250 pounds 5 foot 6 on meds now i'm 6 foot one million one hundred fifty off of them) (used to have an IQ of 88 on meds. almost immediately upon getting offf i went all the thank you to 107 and a pair of years later(modern) my IQ has probably long gone up from then because of the fact i replaced into nonetheless recovering and that i did a crap load of paintings and all so yeah...

A pair of Gold earrings my mother bought me and a expensive watch my son gave me to a hock shop just so I could buy my boyfriend cigarettes and stuff, ungrateful dude broke off with him and never claimed my jewels, to this day I wish I had them sooo sentimental I think of it often.
