Back in January, I made a decision to start going to church and start volunteering and also to join an online dating service because I'm on disability right now so I can't work and I've never had an easy time making friends. My "vision" was that I would do these things and make friends and meet people, etc. Well, I still haven't really made any friends. I've met people and gotten involved, but I'm nowhere near where I had envisioned myself to be back in January. I've been really disappointed.

I had high expectations of marriage. Then I found out he has Asperger's Syndrome and I was the only one doing all the work.
I lived up and BEYOND my abilities. He's a schlep.
He taught me that I am better than him and I don't need him.

I was given a four year paid scholarship to a University. I turned it down because I was in love with this guy. Stupid, huh.
