I read about them on yahoo answers. Just curious to know.

the correct spelling is..... Sauerkraut and Schnitzel...and Sauerkraut is fermented cabbage.....Schnitzel is a cut of meat from veal...

They're awesome. Someone above told you what they are (a cabbage creation and German sausage). Fry up some schnitzel (I usually slice it in half inch coins) then pour the saurkraut over it and heat. Fry or roast some seasoned taters with it. Mmmmmm......

They're poorly spelled. That's what they are.

I believe they are food items.
