You're not paying for the sex--you are paying for them to not bore you with conversation and for them to LEAVE when it's over.

Paying for sex (prostitution) isn't automatically wrong in my book. But...the sex trade has long been associated with a lot of really tragic and awful things, ie. essentially women's slavery, abuse, sexual assault, corruption, disease transmission, social stigmas, the illegal human trade, underage sex slaves, etc. There are plenty of problems in the modern world in many countries of the sex trade being tied very closely to some downright awful things.
Well regulated prostitution where the prostitutes are given the choice to be in the business (rather than forced by miserable circumstances) is okay, and as long as it is clean, consensual, and safely conducted and monitored it is okay.

If they woman are tested and treated weekly from a doctor, nothing. Since it would help cut down the rapes that are going on.
