Hey all,
I've been thinking lately, and I remember the first time i heard Warren Zevon I was sitting in a park eating lunch from taco bell's with my dad in his truck, and he said "have you ever heard of Warren Zevon?" and i say, "no, who's he" and so he puts in his "Genius" CD and plays me the song "Werewolves of London" and i was amazed..so i picked up a couple of his cd's, all GREAT, and so now i'm here thinking, I bet if i went out today and asked 10 people if they have heard of Warren Zevon none of them would say they have. so I'm just out here seeing how many people would believe Warren Zevon is at least in the top 3 in "Most underrated singer".. I personally think he should be the #1 spot but i'm just thinking what you all think. Thanks

i believe he was underated as a song writer for sure. alot of people only think of "werewolves" when they hear his name(if they've heard of him at all) but, he did so much more. a great talent that is sorely missed. one of my favorite tunes of his was "keep me in your heart" written when he found out his illness was terminal. great song.
