call me lazy, i dont buy stamps at all, i just put the money in the mail box with the envolopes, the mail lady takes care of the rest

You can buy official albums from the nearest postal office to you. Ebay, stamp stores, and stamp dealers or companies on the web also have them.

Sometimes. However, in business, postage stamps are more time and energy conserving when purchased by the roll of 100. That is how I usually get them. It depends on how frequently one uses them and what one uses them for.
