can i sell my services on ebay?

i have a skill in repairing and upgrading computers, so can i sell my services to people. like if i offer people to send me their pc and i upgrade it or repair it for them

Ebay will cost you money for fees....try Craigslist.com or Backpage.com. You can advertise your services for FREE in your own home town!

I normally hate to answer a question with a question but I have to ask: Why not just look it up on eBay?
