and also Shavasana. Gyan mudra is simply performed by

Ok. Lay back in a recliner or on a bed with a pillow under your knees. Use a scented candle if you want. Use dim lights, I listen to nature sounds like rain or the ocean. Put your left hand on your chest and your right on your belly below your naval. Breathe in deeply so that your belly rises and not your chest. Count to three in your head and then release the breath. Do it about ten times. If you need something stronger, think about your right foot and take one of those breaths. As you exhale tell your foot (mentally) "relax, relax." Move up your leg, then do the left leg, the abdomen, etc. all the way up to your forehead.

Try going for a relaxing swim in your local swimming pool when its not too crowded and finish with a really hot shower with some herbal shower gel.
Cheap and cheerful but it works.
