It is good, but it depends on how competitive your major is and what school you are at.

if youre the second one on your grade, then youre good, till there are 2 human beings on your grade .. im fairly particular with a GPA like that youre smart sufficient to understand that that is a good GPA, and bragging is not in any respect cool ;)

if this is on a scale where the TOP possible grade is 4.00, your grades are EXCELLENT, equivalent to a straight "A". Keep up the good work.
