I really enjoyed it. I liked the renditions of the Beatles songs, and I thought that the acting was pretty good. It's amazing how they wrote the script using Beatles songs as the base! It made for a very unique, interesting movie. I thought that the plot was very well done; bringing up the Vietnam War and integrating it into the plot really made the movie pop.
There were some parts were it was kind of weird (like the bus scene where everything went all psychedelic), but overall I enjoyed it.
And the music was great!

I was really excited to watch this movie, especially when I found out it was going to have a multitude of Beatles songs. I really wasn't expecting anything great though, and honestly the only reason why I went was because all of the renditions i heard were really good and i was hoping to listen to more.
Fortunately, the movie was great. It had a great story, along with great music and visuals to match. I was surprised when the last chords of All You Need is Love, I couldn't believe that two hours had already passed, and yet i couldn't help but feel that that was the end, because it wrapped up so nicely.
If all that made sense, if not, than I will just say that the three components (visual, audio, story) wraps nicely to make an unforgettable movie

My wife & I saw the movie last night and loved it. What a great, modern reinterpretation of the "Musical" genre!

I thought it was amazing! The incorporation of the songs into the story was amazing, as was the imagery.. It's my new favorite, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the Beatles and is mature enough to see it (violence, language, nudity, drug use and thematic events, etcetera..).
I'm buying it a.s.a.p!

I have no idea what you're talking about, but whatever it is I don't think P&S is the right section to be posting about it.
