What happens to me more often is when I take a nap in the afternoon, and wake up to a half dark sky, and then rack my brain trying to figure out whether it is dusk or dawn.
Sad thing is, I'm not even a senior, I am only 46. A man told me when I was a teenager that the older you get, the faster time goes by. I wasn't sure whether to believe him back then, but I have since come to learn that he was a wise man.

It is 1:40 in the afternoon right now. I just woke up on the couch, and I am thinking that!! I don't have to be to work until 8:30 tonight, but I have several errands I want to run, and I hadn't planned on napping that long.I need an alarm clock in every room.

I've done that and the clock said 6:00. But I had no idea if it was AM or PM. Now, that really sucks!

I used to feel like this sometimes even when I was in college.
It still continues.
