Thanksgiving is always the next to the last Thursday of November in America. This year it falls on the 22nd. We say the next to last because every once in a while there can be 5 thursdays in november so then it wouldn't be the 3rd

Thanksgiving is not always the last Thursday in November nor it it the third Thursday... It is always the fourth Thursday in November.... it usually falls on the last week but like this year there is 5 weeks so its the next to last Thursday the 4th Thursday.....
