It's actually extremely easy to get pregnant after getting off the pill. This is because your body has stored up all your eggs, and now you are probably ovulating more than one egg at a time. This increases the likelihood of being pregnant with twins or triplets. If you don't want that many children right away, I would wait a few more months. Speak with your gyno, they will know for sure.

I just went off the pill on Oct. 11, started my period Oct. 14, and then ovulated right on time 15 days after the start of my period. But for some women, it can take months for them to start ovulating again. Just go to wal mart and buy an ovulation prediction kit *they are like pregnancy tests, you dip them in your pee and they will tell you if you are ovulating or not.* They even sell them with 30 test strips. Good luck!!!

It could be a couple of weeks, or a couple of months. I ovulated within 2 weeks both times I went off the pill, but have had friends where it took up to 4 months.

Can take from 1 month to 10. Also you should tack your ovulation cycles daily. Ovulation can be any time during the menstrual cycle. Take saliva ovulation test and check your saliva daily. The most easy and accurate way not to miss your lucky day.

you don't stop ovulating when you're on birth control. it takes on average about 3 months for the hormone to get out of your system, but you can get pregnant before that. there is no way to say exactly how long.
