Lighter fluid. Also carburetor cleaner spray will take just about any adhesive off. I don't know how good it is for the skin though.

The last time I got super glue on my thumb.. thank god I didn't stick it to something. Icouldn't get it off either... I just waited a few days and eventually it just wore off
