first off it is a micro organisum (not tree or bees because ther are other things that can do ther job for the enviroment) i would say it whould be bactirea it has a brod and hard to understaind catigores of tasks including decomposeing wish is an esintal job need for life with out it there would be dead bodies lieing on the ground it is up to backtirea to eat them so for life to egsites we need bactirea

Humanity...if we become extinct then all life will end when the sun goes Nova in millions of years from now...if we don't (Go extinct) then we might just spread it (life-forms) around to other planets and 'life' will survive even longer.

Really a broad topic but a good question. Depends on the environment, is it extremely cold, hot, wet, dry? But it would come down to what micro organism could adapt to the environment. again a very broad topic. Again global temps, water temps, air quality.....

I'm sure some micro organism would survive and adapt....You could write a book an this one, thanks

Algae? It produces 21% of the oxygen on earth, and supplies food for animals in the lower end of the food chain...which in turn supply food for other things etc...

Bees. Without bees no pollination and no food or any new plants. Without plants no oxygen and all life dies.
