My sister goes to Sanry's in Glorietta 2 (before tha blast). This outlet is almost straight accross from Landmark.
She swears she gets the best rates from there.

Go to the bank and talk to your bank manager. They should know which of their customers is buying dollars and you get a netter rate because the bank is not taking any fees.

Go to the nearest Philippine National Bank. They will allow you to buy or sell your dollar bills.

Your local bank will probably give you the best rate. Just be sure the let them know about a week in advance.

I've just come back from the Philippines, my suggestion is rather than buy it and have to compare rates, just withdraw from the ATM when your there

I normally get a better rate from the money exchangers. Don't use the ones in SM.
