Look at the following list of environmental concerns and answer the 3 questions below (this is a survey):

a) Global Warming (part of "Climate Change")
b) Rising sea-levels (part of "Climate Change")
c) Modern Ice Age
d) Greenhouse Effect
e) Coral Reef Bleaching
f) Animal Extinction (i.e. Panda bears)
g) Depletion of Fossil Fuels (part of "Climate Change")
h) Land pollution (i.e. toxic waste dumps facilities)
i) Air pollution (burning fossil fuels)
j) Overpopulation
k) Water pollution (drinking water, ocean oil spills, etc.)

1.) Among the list, which ones interest you most? (pick AT LEAST one).

2.) Which one do you believe is important? (this can be a different answer from Q.1).

3.) Any other environmental concerns that is not listed on here that you think is of importance / interest?

Water pollution is the most important.

Um the greenhouse effect isn't an environmental concern. Its what keeps Earth habitable. As long as it doesn't become a "runaway" (which it won't) we're fine.

1) Animal extinction interests me most.
2) Water pollution is an important issue because it is very real.
3) Urban Sprawl

I would say that depletion of fossil fuels is the most important issue for the future of mankind, but not because of anything to do with climate change. That is not the most pressing environmental issue, however.

In my opinion, overpopulation is probably the most important factor in the extent to which man's activities are stressing the environment. We are not functioning in a sustainable manner and high population is a major cause of this. This manifests in air pollution (poor air quality in urban areas, acid rain, dispersion of heavy metals and carcinogenic compounds), water pollution (oceans, rivers, lakes, groundwater all are impacted in different ways), depletion of the fisheries (not on your list surprisingly), and on and on.

1) All of them 2) All of them 3) I don't think so. All of these are very HUGE issues. However in a way they are all connected. Scientists believe that green house gases, air pollution and rising sea levels are all part of global warming. They think that air pollution contributes to it. Without greenhouse gases there wouldn't be life on earth. If it gets stronger then it will impact the climate.

1) B
2) A
3) Drinking water becoming a scarce resource. From depletion of aquafiers to arsenic poisoning India. The book "When Rivers Run Dry" is pretty interesting if this topic interests you.

Global warming is the most important. I mean our oceans cover SEVENTY percent of the world. So if you push that percentage up that would probably mean disastorous for us. Anyway we have a lot of snow and glaciers. Our ocean lvl is rising as we discuss this matter.

I believe population is the most important. This drives all of the other problems and is the one factor which is common to all the major hazards which face us in the future.
